Requirements:
You are an experienced customer adviser

Mission:
Report to the Service Delivery Manager and manage the quality and performance of your team
Coach customer advisers
Check call statistics
Give instructions to Floorwalkers and work with them to assess training needs (including refresher training and new types of training)
Discuss the team’s performance and results with the Service Delivery Manager
Liaise with other departments (HR, communication, etc.)
Attend training courses to maintain a high level of knowledge
Carry out administrative tasks
