On May 25th, Trends magazine revealed the names of the Brussels Trends Gazelles, fast growing companies that boost the competitive power of the region and positively influence the business environment. N-Allo is included in the list of Large Gazelles, companies that had a turn-over of 10 million euros or more in the period 2005-2009.
The selection criteria to be shortlisted as ‘Trends Gazelles 2011’ were turnover, staff and cash flow. The chosen companies had to be at least 5 years old and have created at least twenty jobs since their creation.
N-Allo is described as follows in the Trends Gazelles list:
“N-Allo employs more than a thousand people and is thus the biggest contact centre in Belgium. It was created in 1999 as a helpdesk for Electrabel in Mechelen. The company experienced a spectacular growth thanks to the opening of a site in Flanders Language Valley in Ieper and the acquisition of Brucall in Brussels. Meanwhile the GDF Suez subsidiary has six sites in Belgium and offers its sales, marketing and customer services to intern and extern customers.”
