Our organisation

N-Allo has three Business Units and five support departments, the Managers of which form the Executive Committee, led by our Executive Manager, Martin Claes.

Every client is allocated to a Business Unit.

  • The Business Unit Executive, in cooperation with the Marketing & Sales Department, is responsible for the commercial and contractual aspects of your project.
  • The Service Delivery Manager is your single point of contact for operational matters. The Service Delivery Manager is in charge of implementing your project and coordinating it with the support departments and is responsible for the day-to-day management of your project (team management, reporting, etc.).
  • The Team Coaches are responsible for monitoring and providing guidance to agents in the field.
  • The Contract Management Team is a team formed to deal with a specific contract with a client. This team is responsible for implementation, execution and monitoring of the project.

The Business Units in brief:

  • ECS & International

    This Business Unit manages all the contact centre activities of Electrabel Customer Services (ECS) and the GDF Suez Group’s international projects.

  • NET

    This Business Unit manages the Customer Service projects of our other clients and provides an out-of-hours service, 24/7.

  • Brucall:

    This Business Unit manages the commercial campaigns (telesales, telemarketing) of our clients.
